Location is decently located in a new development. Not a ton of restaurant options nearby. Bed was very big and comfortable.

The room was dusty, and ac unit quite old and dusty as well. There were small ants in the bathroom and on the bed probably due to the balcony door. Owner insisted on cash instead of credit card and check in was confusing as no instruction were provided so arrived to a locked door until the owner arrived to check me in. Room was fine. Main issue was just cleanliness.
