The room is big and comfortable and close to the station. The was very helpful and hospitable!! He was very kind.

Very nice and helpful staff even he didn't speak english well. Small breakfast (i.e. bananas, apples). Close to train station in Hualien. It was a bit more difficult to find address, but the host came to us as soon as he saw the confused tourists outside.

Very slow wifi (2/0.5 Mbps) at times when it worked. Sometimes practically nothing loaded. I think it would be a good idea to put an AP in each room since there is already an ethernet in place for the TV. It's a pretty unreliable connection over wifi repeaters. The water drain in the bathroom was not ideal - it drained quite slowly.

Everything was great, the host is the most kind man I ever met in Taiwan, and generally in my life, he really touched my heart with his kindness, making sure we're all set and everything is good, he even bought bananas for us! Highly recommend

Common Area (kitchen) not usable. in the hallway there’s a lot of stuff laying around. bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned

The owner was kind to let us leave our bag at the property before check in as we were too early! Shower had good hot water and debit!

The small window which communicate to the other room bring a lot of light in the room at night if other guest leave their light on, it was difficult to sleep the second night when we had neighbor, first night no issue as the room was empty.
