"Great facility and room"

Hotel room is well designed and renovated. Room is spacious and beds are big and comfortable. I like the hot spring tub in the room. Breakfast set is delicious with fresh milk and food from local farm. staffs are very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, new room and facilities. Amazing private hot spring in room. Good selection of classic movies on smart TV. Good breakfast.

A more open view from the private hot spring bath would be perfect.

room was very clean, spacious and wonderful with a hot spring in the room! breakfast was wonderful with many local produce. staff were very friendly and helpful.

slightly far off center but the taxi ride to town center was only 5min. staff helped us to booked :)

The hotels exterior is beautiful. Hot spring is nice.

The room and beds were very comfortable and the Japanese style design was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the hot spring in-room bath, and the Japanese-style breakfast was delicious.

Location was a bit far from town if you don't have a car, about a 15-20 minute walk.

"Comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel with in-room hot spring bath"

New hotel with very spacious room, clean layout and facilities. Nice tea set with snacks and lounge area to relax after soaking and bed is large. Yukata robe also provided by hotel. Hot spring pool in bathroom is large enough to lie down + float in and fills very quickly - take note that water temperature is different depending on the time. Small bench in pool and shower area similar to the type found in Japanese onsens. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, lots of small dishes including popular food from the Ruisui/Hualien region. Staff are warm and explain about the hotel in detail and are very helpful to call you a cab if needed. There is an outdoor hot spring if for some reason you don't want to have your own personal soak and a swimming pool which I think will be nice in summer.

Location requires a short 10 min taxi ride from the train station/main town area and there's nothing else around the hotel that you can walk to, but it's not an issue if you drive as there is lots of parking on site.
