Everything! The manager/co-owner Mrs. Yen was very friendly and welcoming. She recommended us the best ever hike in the area (when most of the nearby hikes were closed). And what can be better than taking a bath with warm water from hotsprings after amazing hike.

Lack of laundry service was just a minor inconvenience we could think of.

The property was clean and inviting. The onsen was easy to use. The room was very spacious. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a healthy spread. Will definitely try to come back again.
