Mei Nong Villa

Staying at Meinong was like a health spa. It was quiet at night and provided a peaceful comfortable nights rest. We chose a room with a deep hot spring like bath that comfortably fitted two Australian adults and eased our tired muscles after sightseeing in the mountains. Breakfast included the freshest fruit and vegetables from the surrounding farms. We ate many things for breakfast we had never seen or tried before our trip to Taiwan. The owners were exceptionally thoughtful, which enhanced our stay in this little farming community by providing good recommendations on nearby restaurants and places to visit. At the end of our 4 night stay we felt our health had significantly improved.

Country house set in a beautiful garden. Just 4 kms away from Meinong. Restaurants near by. The hosts are wonderful and prepared a beautiful breakfast. It was going down to 11 Celsius but our host showed up with an electric fireplace to keep us cosy. We stayed in two different units because we added a day and both were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were so nice. I came with my bicycle and there were many beautiful roads to ride around.

Good place to stay and relax. The owners are nice and friendly. We didn’t plan for the trip and they provided paid guided tour. They customerise the breakfast to our liking too.
