Palm Tree Villa Nungwi

The room is tidy and clean. 24 hours warm water. Nice host. 24-hours front desk. Great location almost walkable to anywhere. Convenient pick-up service from airport with a reasonable price. Very delicious breakfast.

Pros: -Great brekfast -Centrally located -wonderful and helpful staff -loved the common area

Cons: There was a bit of a smell in my room and bathroom.

Close to the beach

Rude manager, wanted us to pay before we could see the room (that wasn't ready). It turned out "3 extra large double beds" had shrunk to a small double bed and a bunk bed. The room had shrunk as well and was nothing, not even close, to the pictures on B-dotcom. The lady/manager was so unpleasant rude that no one of us felt us welcomed.

The room was minimal but clean. Breakfast was nice. Working staff was nice

7% surcharge to pay for room w credit card Amenities were not what was listed. We had to buy soap/shampoo and toilet paper for our stay. No mosquito nets. Bathroom space - not great. There was a small seating/breakfast area for guests, but more often than not hotel staff friends, family, guests were there. Hawa ignored our text and was rude and lectured us when we tried to kindly approach her about needs.

Great price for accommodation close to the beach. This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation and everything was fine. Great breakfast included in the price.

The only minor drawback was staying in a lower room with a view of a wall, but everything else was great. The hostess is very helpful and always provides excellent advice.

It is a great value for the money. It is a good stay for one night. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice and helpful. It is close to the beach, but it is better if you walk a little bit further.

The room is small. You can hear noise from the streets. The toilet sometimes doesn't work properly.

the location was central and the breakfast was decent

we arrived to the location and all of the rooms were not ready. it turned out the owner did not see that I booked another room. it became a huge huge hassle and I would just recommend booking another place.
