Bay Avenue Inn

The view was amazing! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was good. The location was close to restaurants and activities. It was nice to have the guest kitchen upstairs too.

The walls are thin! We could hear people talking next to us. The breakfast was adequate. Because we stayed several nights, more variety would be nice.

Small room and thought it was a inn but it was a b&b. It was falsely advertised. Host was friendly until she started politics.

Location and facility was good. Host treatment of other guests with different political views was very disturbing.

The location was wonderful with views over the bay from the bedroom and the deck outside and being on a side road it was very quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our host Lori was very friendly and gave us a lot of information on Homer and places to see and where to eat. Breakfast was very good - selection of fresh fruits, breads and cereal and you could cook your own hot breakfast if you wanted one.

Amazing views!!! Very comfortable and clean. The rooms were quiet and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

Lori went out of her way for us. We arrived on Christmas day, she made sure everything was great for us even on a holiday. Lori and Mark were great hosts.

This has a lot of the qualities you want in a good B&B. Comfy beds with nice linens, selection of high quality breads, jams, yogurt and cereals for breakfast, nice coffee, etc. Homer is not large, you can drive almost anywhere in town in 10 minutes or less from the B&B. Friendly hostess (this is a traditional B&B, if you prefer not interacting with others, this would not be a good fit for you).

The only mirror in the room is the small one above the sink.
