Cooperstown Bed and Breakfast

The host is friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Couches and chairs are very old and feel uninviting to sit on, especially on the third floor.

Breakfast choices were wonderful. Location was great we walked everywhere we went.

Fred and his wife are good people but the price for what they offer in their bed and breakfast is absolutely over the top, I regret to say this but it is the sad truth, we were completely over charged for what we got, they don't even have TVs in the rooms, the stairs for people of a certain age are difficult to deal with, it is a very old house and it does not that way in the advertising. Nothing personal, but it was a disaster, we left 4 days before we had to and went to another place because the totality of inconveniences were too many to detail, again, the owners are decent people but the property is in very bad shape and what they charge is ridiculous and we just got taken advantage of based on what they show in the pictures.

Good breakfast and good lication

Everything. Every square inch of the property was tastefully done. The furniture, decor, and art made for interesting, enjoyable and comfortable surroundings. Off street parking was a bonus. The food was fresh and delicious and morning coffee readily available. It was such a treat to find homemade chocolate chip cookies out for guests in the afternoon. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. And the hosts by the end of our visit felt like close friends.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The gentleman who ran the place was awesome and very helpful. My problem is I am a big guy so not all beds are sized right for me, overall the facility is great, walking distance to the Hall of Fame, Clean and friendly.

I always need a big bed. That happens almost anywhere I go so not a charge against the facility. I will recommend this facility to my friends.

The hosts are incredible. Very welcoming, kind and hospitable. They always checked in on our comfort and to make sure we didn’t need anything. We pre-ordered our breakfast from a variety of menu choices and it was delicious each morning. Relaxing atmosphere with first and second floor porches.
