Exceptional hospitality from the innkeepers - a great breakfast and food and snack selection along the day, and friendly advice on all things Sedona. Highly recommended for any person wanting to enjoy a central location but quiet and close to trails.

"Cute, but dated"

The location was great and facility was very clean. Our host Barbara was an absolute delight to talk to.

Maybe we got unlucky with the room, but our room was just off the communal kitchen. Food preparation started a bit past 6am and guests come for breakfast starting at 7 am. When on vacation, I prefer not to wake up to kitchen noise and smell of cooking onions and bacon.

Very comfortable and exceptional service. Great home cooked breakfast and complimentary cookies, fruit and drinks anytime during the day. Barbara spent extra time each day providing suggestions and directions to make the most of our time in Sedona. Location was great as you could walk into town.

Large rooms with great amenities. Snacks and beverages were a nice touch. Breakfast was really good, and Cheryl was super at suggestions for enjoying the area. Close to shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Easy parking.
