The Cottage Treehouses was absolutely awesome. Quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nothing but trees and fresh air. The whole place felt like a little escape from the world…super clean, well-kept, and surprisingly comfortable for being up in the woods. You can tell the owners really care about every detail. It’s the kind of place where you just exhale and slow down for a few days.

Not much to complain about at all. The stairs are a little steep, but that comes with the territory. A couple more hooks or shelves in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, but honestly, everything else was perfect.

Very cozy vibe and being provided breakfast was nice.

Had some problems with the Kuerig machine, but we eventually got it working.

Pretty basic but for in room it is expected.

Water heater didn’t work.

The Sunset Treehouse was an amazing experience. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular from the hilltop treehouse, as are the breezes through the leaves. Great spot to unplug, enjoy the local wine, and lounge.

The Cottage Treehouses were located just a three minute drive outside of the town, Herman, Missouri. It was easy to find and nicely amongst a forest of trees. We stayed in the Sunset Treehouse, which was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, and it was so lovely looking out the windows and feeling like you were in the trees. It was the perfect, special, and lovely place to stay for our anniversary. Thank you so much for the delicious sweet and savory breakfast items in the mini fridge and always making sure we had all we needed.
