House was beautiful; room clean and homey

There was a nice array of home-baked goodies, fruit, coffee, and eggs made fresh for breakfast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Patrick was very attentive and a kind host.

A bit of a tight squeeze to get past the parked cars on the road (probably due to the amount of snow) but there was plenty of parking at the inn.

I arrived very early and the innkeeper welcomed me without hesitation. Was given a free upgrade to a superior room with a king bed as well! It is a very sweet place to stay, I much prefer this kind of accommodation to a generic and over priced big box chain hotel. A lovely spread at breakfast (delicious zucchini bread) really added to the overall value, but most of all I appreciated the warm and generous hospitality!

The facility was immaculate, the bed was comfortable. Upon arrival, Patrick the proprietor let us know that he was upgrading us to a 3rd floor room with a king bed and our own bathroom as the specific room we were originally assigned had a bathroom that was not attached. that was a plus for sure. It was nice and quiet and relaxing.

The house itself is on the main street which I would imagine would be really loud with traffic. It was occasionally loud with it being winter but a storm coming so not as much traffic. That is not the fault of the facility and the sound machine for white noise does a great job of drowning out nuisance noise.

Grand old home, mostly original or restored, convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom for our room was separate, but it was for our use only.

It’s a lovely b&b, modern in a beautifully renovated Victorian house. It’s spotlessly clean and extremely clean.

Nothing

Place was very nice. Gave us that Victorian feeling. Unfortunately the shower in the room we had had zero hot water so we were unable to take a shower 😭
