Nice but poor parking

Parking places. I have to walk a half of mile to park

It’s unique and the self check in and being right in the heart of Fayetteville with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and grilles within walking distance and nice little park.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Stephen the owner was extremely responsive and helped me get an overnight package I needed for my stay. It had all the amenities you need while staying at an inn, simple breakfast and snacks in the kitchen. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting Fayetteville, AR.

Tolle Location! Sehr gepflegt und einzigartig. Man fühlt sich wie in einem historischen Privathaus, hat aber trotzdem den Komfort eines Hotels. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht und sind am Abend erst spät bei der Unterkunft eingetroffen. Wären gerne länger geblieben.

I’ve stayed at the Dickson St Inn several times. I love it!

It can get loud some evenings, as it’s on Dickson St. It doesn’t bother me, but could be a problem for some.

We paid extra for the large room with a hide a bed. The hide a bed is so bad the girls slept folded in on top of each other. Not really acceptable as a second bed. The couch looked like cats had loved on the leather a lot. There were crumbs on the counter and the fridge and outside of microwave were dirty. The location and decor was great and it was a perfect location. You can walk to several cute local businesses and easy walking distance from George’s Majestic Lounge for a concert. I was worried parking would be difficult but it was easy and convenient.

The hide-a-bed and somewhat dirty room which just gives you the “yuck.”

Perfect location. Convenient to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Easy parking and entry. Room as expected and clean.

We had a great stay. Cute place, loved sitting in the balcony in the evenings. (#5)

I believe there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. My allergies flared up while there. And the outside noise was pretty loud after midnight ….not sure if there is anything that can be done about that though.

Very comfortable room.

We bought food to warm up for breakfast and couldn’t get the microwave to work.
