Emerald Necklace Inn Bed and Breakfast

I loved staying here, it was a quick stay for a baby shower but the staff was so nice and will be staying here again

The inn is super cozy and quiet. The proprietor is exceptionally guest focused and went out of their way on several occasions to make me and the other visitor feel welcome and cared for. And with just the “right” amount of friendly. Conversational without imposing and breakfast was delightful.

Not a problem for me, but potential guests should be aware that the single flight of stairs to the rooms is quite steep. I watched streaming on my PC, but the TV/media options were a little confusing.

DID NOT EAT BREAKFAST BUT HAD COFFEE INSTEAD. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ATMOSPHERE AND LOCATION PERFECT. WILL BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT THINKING TWICE NEXT TRIP TO CLEVELAND.

VERY FEW CHOICES FOR TV CHANNELS - ALMOST EVERYTHING CAME UP AS 'YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED'. COULD NOT FIND ANY SPORTS CHANNELS. WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING TCM - TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES - FOR A CHOICE ALONG WITH A FEW SPORTS CHANNELS BUT IT REALLY DID NOT BOTHER ME ONE BIT BECAUSE I ONLY SPENT ONE NIGHT AND GOT BACK TO THE ROOM VERY LATE.

Ambience and comfort were so cozy! The breakfast exceptional! I enjoyed sitting on the deck area outside the room in the early morning and listening to the trees and birds!…until it rained of course. I especially appreciated the proximity to the airport. The only difficulty was no elevator but we managed.

If there is a negative it would be the lack of the elevator.

Excellent breakfast, with gluten free option. Tea was excellent.

Bathtub. Shower was awkward to use. No other comments.

Thank you, Anna, for your hospitality and friendliness. I was certainly ready to get out of downtown after a week's stay. You have a beautiful location. Breakfast was great, and the one restaurant I visited on Sunday afternoon, Gunselman's, was very good. I wish I had more time to explore the reservation, but I had that Guardians ticket burning a hole in my pocket. Will recommend to anyone I know going to Cleveland and doesn't want to be downtown. Some would want to have a car, but the bus was fine for me. Thanks again. Paul (Room 5)

The breakfast was made to order and I tried a different tea every day-all delicious. We borrowed a couple beautiful wine glasses from the shared space and sipped while relaxing on our deck over the Valley.
