Friendly staff, homey atmosphere, amazing breakfast. Would stay here again!

The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was delicious. I especially enjoyed the croissant, ham off the bone, and french toast. It's in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants and a few large art facilities nearby.

I really enjoyed the whole experience. The breakfast was simply delicious. Excellent attention and service. The room is lovely and warm.

The bathroom needs some little fixings

Telling your guest to wait outside on the street when I could have been invited inside and offered water was the very first impression. Having your mouth full while speaking to a customer is rude and gross and the owner did it twice. I also hated the idea that the person cooking my breakfast was actively eating as well. Playing music extremely loud in the morning also very rude. I'm sure I wont be staying here again. Staying on the 3rd floor with no elevator and heavy bags wasnt ideal for me.

The Gospel Brunch was so much fun!

Our host, Keith, was very personable and attentive. He made a great breakfast that we enjoyed as we conversed with him. Our unit had so much character and was very clean and comfortable. This place was a great location for our time at the game at Guaranteed Rate Field.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The owner stopped and chatted with us about the history of the property for awhile and also showed us the rest of the facilities. They even had a friendly dog to greet you at the door. It was secured with a lockable gangway and entryway door. Parking is included and an excellent breakfast.
