Patricia was wonderful and made us feel welcomed to her home. The breakfast was delicious over the top from eggs to tarts and fruit. We even got a goodie bag when we left. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are on the back of the building so very quiet.

We liked everything but there are two rooms and one bathroom so might have to share with others. The rooms are a bit small for longer periods but that is expected in B&Bs.

Perfect location. Beautiful , comfortable accommodations. Enjoyed the backyard barn for a night cap from our winery visit. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our hostess Patricia was amazing.

Patricia is a lovely host who went above and beyond to provide a great experience. The home was stocked with extra towels, toothpaste, etc. — all the necessities. Patricia also set up the most incredible breakfast — everything was homemade and so delicious. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

Absolutely loved everything. Our room was second to none, and Patricia was an incredible host. In the morning, she had breakfast ready for us. It was the best breakfast we had ever had. Delicious! We will be back!

Upon arrival Patricia is more than welcoming. She is gracious kind and personable. She made us feel at home. Patricia is all about customer service and warm hospitality. She goes above and beyond to make her guest comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. All homemade and very delicious.

Everything was perfect. We had an event in Sag Harbor, and we arrived late in the evening and we had to leave early in the morning. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the B-N-B and the offered amenities.

Owner Patricia so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We loved the “barn” for a little relaxation. Decorated beautifully
