Hanover House Bed and Breakfast

From the moment you wqlk in the door, it feels like home. It's cozy and welcoming. Kim is the best thing about this wonderful stay. She is an excellent cook. From French Toast, to a nice omelet, they are all delicious! I highly recommend the Hanover house to anyone who wants to feel at home when they are miles away.

We did not have any negative experience at all. All was pefect.

Very sweet hostess and accommodating. We were able to see the Falls at night. Each room we used, had a shower in the bathroom. Parking off street was also very nice. It was very safe in this area.

Location was great! We loved the room and our private bathroom was beautiful! The host was very sweet and accommodating.

We did not feel quite as spoiled as in other B&Bs when it came to the breakfast. We were given a couple of choices verbally the day before, and were given those meals, but nothing extra. No fruit or pastries out or orange juice or anything like that. As the female of the couple, I was offered less food. For the price, there should have been more food.

Hanover House is a big, beautiful house in a fantastic location in Niagra Falls. The host is friendly and knowledgeable about the area with clear suggestions on enjoying the area. The rooms are clean comfortable and are decorated well.

Unfortunately, the owners and the host seem inexperienced at running a B&B. Upkeep feels neglected: there were water stains on the ceilings and the furniture showed signs of wear. Obvious improvements (like utilizing the large backyard as a social area) aren't done.

We could easily walk to the river, falls, and local restaurants. My room had a large vanity table in the bathroom. Kim was charming and very helpful and made good omelettes for breakfast.

it seemed run down and cluttered with excess furniture and artificial flowers. My room lacked comfortable seating. The noise of the air conditioner kept me awake the first night; by the second night, it was quieter when I took it off the energy setting. The windows appeared to be painted shut.

Location is great, parking and breakfast. The host is very nice and accommodating which made up for a lot.

For the price and value, they don’t equal out. WiFi isn’t really working too well, living area is limited as if people aren’t meant to use it if they want to do more than just sit there. Piano needs tuning, tv needs to be fixed, there are quite a bit of bugs and hair. Not ideal.

The location was good in relation to the Falls. The host was friendly and breakfast was lovely.

The house needed repair and was hot and stuffy in my room. Had a window AC unit and was loud.
