Quiet upstairs studio close to town 420 friendly

Theresa is so welcoming & her house is spotless. As a lover of 100+ year old homes, the top floor is spacious & stayed warm upstairs the whole evening during a cold night. Nice toilet paper noted! Bed was very comfy for us both.

That I wasn't here longer....looking forward to staying here again & visiting longer with Theresa next time.

It was perfect and the hostess was amazing and so sweet.

My partner and I traveled from Texas and spent two nights here to celebrate our 1 year together. Theresa went above and beyond our expectations as a host! Our room was clean, the view was stunning, the house is over 100 years old and impeccably maintained, the appliances were clean and worked as necessary, the bed was clean and incredibly plush and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about our stay here! On the second night it rained and the temperature got down to 60°F which was amazing for us! Where we live in Texas we haven't seen rain since at least mid July and the temperatures have been unrelenting with highs of 95° to 107° every day so we of course went outside and thoroughly enjoyed that night's weather, much to Theresa's amusement I'd presume! Do not pass up on the opportunity to stay here! I can't imagine we'd have had a better experience had we stayed anywhere else!

Clean exactly as advertised. Comfortable and close to downtown.

I would choose this again in the future. The stairs are steep. The hostess was very upfront about that.

The bed was comfortable and the sitting area allowed me to read without disturbing my husband's sleep.

The smell of marijuana smoke in the nighttime. We weren't expecting that, though we knew marijuana was legal in Colorado.

Teresa was so awesome! She was friendly and a wonderful host, we've already talked about going back.
