"Pleasant"

The location is the biggest plus! Can walk to everything in Historic Charleston. Nice exterior courtyard for guests of two units to share. Off street parking was great. Almost unheard of in Charleston. Very nice hosts.

Need to upgrade the furnishings in the living room. Uncomfortable and dirty. The kitchen is tiny, which was okay since we didn't plan to cook, but the old metal and rusted cabinet was unacceptable as well as the sink that drained very, very slowly and the lighting was almost non-existent.

great location and the host was as nice and welcoming as anyone could ask for.

The bathroom needs major updating. leaking faucets in shower. low water pressure and at best lukewarm water temperature.

"The Middletons have such a nice retreat, in our favorite city! Every moment was thoroughly enjoyed!"

Owner made sure we had coffee, cereals, fruits, etc. All of which were much appreciated! Location was EVERYTHING and so worth our time and money spent!

The location was perfect for walking yet very quiet. Off street parking was a great bonus. Staying in such a historical building in such a historical city was wonderful.

This was a charming old house with enough updates to make it comfortable. The stairs were narrow but easy to climb and descend for those without a disability. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening and in the morning. Off-street parking was easy and convenient. An easy walk to the Market area for lunch/dinner. The walk to King Street up by the College of Charleston was also manageable.
