Beautiful location! Erin was so accommodating. Breakfast was great! Erin even reduced the stress of going into town during the induction and took us to Cooperstown and picked us up. This was an unexpected service.

"Great place to stay highly recommend, Erin is the best."

Breakfast was great it was delicious, Erin the owner made us feel like family and we felt like home. Rooms were always clean when we got back from been out in town and games.

Nothing everything was great, highly recommend this place. My family and I loved it.

"A charming location with a beautiful, well maintained room."

Excellent breakfasts, along with plenty of coffee. Beautiful room with exceptional views from off-room porch. The sound of the babbling brook added to the charm of the facility. The numerous TV channels were an added bonus.

I personally would have preferred a later time for breakfast, but the other guests seemed quite satisfied with the time.
