Good location, downtown Rockland.

There is no one to check you in, or check you out. You get your own breakfast and it was a blueberry muffin, coffee is from a machine. Not the kind of service you expect from a B&B. Really poor breakfast and `I did not meet anyone working at the inn. The Inn next door was much nicer.

The building is beautiful. Late 18th century, I would guess. It must have been an impressive and stately home back in the day. Today it is comfortable ornate and wonderfully maintained inn. As for the staff, I only met Mary, who was helpful and gracious and just a darling - if that’s politically correct to say anymore. The room was quiet, the bed was great, and I loved the dual showerhead in the bath.

Non dairy creamer instead of the real thing, if you want to nitpick
