Carolyn is the perfect innkeeper...friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area...love the place!

Just to let people know about the local area...most shops downtown are closed Tue and Wed. Some very nice restaurants though...

"Wonderful."

Carolyn, the host, was wonderful. She made us feel right at home. My daughter and I both said we will miss Carolyn when we leave. We were greeted each morning with a hot gourmet breakfast which was included in the cost. We highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time in Carolyn's beautiful home, which reminded me so much of the house I grew up in. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the bedding & pillows were very comfortable. Carolyn is a fantastic host and we loved chatting with her about Hudson and the art scene in the surrounding area.

The fact that we didn't get to stay for too long as we were visiting for a wedding of a friend.

Lovely old home and a lovely proprietor/owner. Owner went out of her way to accommodate schedules as well as dietary needs/preferences at breakfast. Delicious full breakfasts. The location is very convenient to walk into town (1 1/2 blocks to Warren Street which is the charming, mile long main street with shops and restaurants in Hudson). Ample on street parking. Good strong WiFi.

Some of the furniture, especially in the upstairs common area, was warn and old, and could use replacement. Individual bedrooms could not be locked when you left the room (could only be locked from the inside when you were in the room).

Caroline was an excellent host. Delicious breakfasts Fred the dog was a bonus House was well situated. Everything was close by. Other guests were very pleasant.
