The location, the room, the breakfasts, and the hosts, were all incredible and well above our expectations. This is the place to stay when visiting Cooperstown!

Everything. The room was very comfortable and clean. Patti and Tom, the owners, are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. They provide a refrigerator for their guests, which was great for us because we had leftovers from dinner that we could take home. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend them to friends.

"Awesome place to stay & will be coming back!"

We went there to visit BBHOF, a once in lifetime experience. Then, we stayed at this wonderful, cozy home with hosts who made our trip even greater. Patti made delicious breakfast each morning. We felt like we were visiting family with all the hospitality & recommendations for things to see or eat in town.

The cold weather, but that is not the BnBs fault.

Clean, clean! Patti is a lovely host. It was like staying with your Aunt who only wants you to have a good time.

Like most everything. Would recommend highly but mention the personal knick knacks as someone might find it off putting.
