"Nice to stay in a large house near the park."

Location was very close to Prospect Park and walkable to the Botanical Gardens and Brooklyn Museum. The owner was charming and fun to talk with.

I did not like that we had twin beds. I did not see where that option was to select. Be sure to ask as before you book. Would like to have a map of the city to look at to see where subway stops were located and the major sites.

It very much felt like home. Lovely hosts, Mr. A and Ms. Faye. Everything I needed and the most fabulous full breakfasts. Lovely.

Absolutely loved the accommodations, very comfortable and spacious. Delicious breakfast, hosts were gracious and welcoming, location was perfect, 5 mins from subway. Very enjoyable visit

"Comfortable bed & breakfast with great hosts"

I enjoyed the proximity to wedding event (in Botanic garden), lovely breakfast, all creature comforts and gracious hosts. Great communication and response. Appreciated the bottled water in refrigerator and pitcher! Robes in closet, extra blankets and extras like hair dryer/iron/towels were much appreciated.

My husband who is over six feet tall, had a bit of trouble in shower and bumping his head on angled ceilings on the stairs. Would recommend second floor room & shower next time.

"Exceptional"

A and Faye were so kind, and it felt like a bed and breakfast that I would go to from my childhood. Nostaglic and comfortable

Only thing I would say is it's in a fairly residential area, but the proximity to the train and Prospect Park is wonderful.

"This was an amazing place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough!"

This home was a wonderful home base for me and my friends in NYC. Great location, cozy and spacious rooms, yummy breakfast, and gracious host. Get up at 8:30 for Phil’s breakfasts, talk to other guests who you’re staying alongside, and ask Phil about his steel drums!

It would be hard to find something to complain about!

"Quite Brooklyn bnb"

Spacious room, location, great breakfast and hosts

Shared bathroom was OK for me, but mostly because I was the only guest on the floor.
