Historic Skagway Inn

This little inn is wonderful, and such a rare find these days! The owners were lovely and their staff member was proactive, affable, and very friendly. The bed was super comfortable, the rooms were well-designed, the grounds are very pretty. We just wished the bar was open the night we were there (it had just closed for the season).

The robes for visiting the rest room could be a bit larger for the busty ladies among us. :)

The stay was very pleasant with everything very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good.

Was not able to eat breakfast there due to the fact that each day I had to be somewhere very early.

Nothing really ...maybe having to share a bathroom

Karl was great and made sure several of the guests who had very early appointments had access to coffee and breakfast snacks, well before the official breakfast time. Breakfast was great on the days I could make it.

The gardens were amazing! Food was good in the restaurant.

Honestly it felt “dusty” in the air. I did not like all the steps and ramps in the hallways. It’s a very old building, so I get it, but too high priced. Bedrooms the size of postage stamp, and I’m so thankful I requested private bathroom! Thin walls, creaky floors.

Breakfast was excellent!
