Origins Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful, quiet, spacious area. Tables, chairs, benches, and a hammock outside to enjoy. Welcoming living space to read, play games, or just relax. Jeff and Karen made us feel at home and well taken care of. They helped meals our anniversary trip special. Breakfast provided was amazing. Karen makes sure you are able to enjoy each meal she cooks from scratch. Room was spacious and actually looked like the photos. Everything on the description was available to ua.

OMG! This B and B is absolutely top notch -- beautiful, with a huge range of amenities. Everything is beautifully decorated, down to the bathroom fixtures. Our room included a large balcony, fireplace, kitchenette, and a shower you'd normally expect to find in a spa. Also on site are walking labyrinth, an outdoor fireplace/cocktail area... basically, the lap of luxury. Breakfast was a three course event, and our hosts gave us an earlier time so we could get to planned events. They even packed us a breakfast for our drive to the airport! What blew my mind, is that the cost was essentially identical to that of a three star hotel in Sedona... amazing.

The only issue is that the location, while beautiful, is really off the beaten path. It's smart to arrive in daylight as it's a "dark sky" community and you have to make a lot of twists and turns through a Cottonwood neighborhood to find the place.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with care and hospitality. Karen, the owner, was so kind. Every detail from how to enter the home, to towels that are for removing makeup, to the pillow options, down to a night light in the bathroom. I can’t explain how clean and pristine everything was. The bed was a 5-star luxury resort. The views from the patio, verandas, and entryway. Their perfectly planned breakfast. Every detail!! Karen and Bill truly care about your experience, the community, and their property! We cannot wait to come back.

We went for our 30th Wedding anniversary and stayed four days.The breakfasts were delicious. The location was good close to restaurants and old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and clean nice views from the windows and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I would recommend Origins if you go to Cottonwood.

The breakfasts were exceptional and leisurely paced and the service was also special. We were treated as special guests, every one of us. Our hosts were readily available to answer any questions and respected our privacy. We hope to return soon.

The location is somewhat close to Cottonwood, but a bit tricky to find, even with a GPS. We didn't enjoy returning after dark. It WAS about the shortest day of the year during our stay. The days are getting longer though.

Stunning views, amazing location, every attention to detail imaginable with the accommodation. The top notch friendly and knowledgeable host and hostess couldn’t have been more hospitable!!

The breakfast was scrumptious. The place was fabulous and the details were fabulous. The Inkeepers were great hosts, friendly, knowledgeable & generous hosts.

Fantastic place, very quiet and beautiful. Karen and Jeff are super nice. The every morning fresh made breakfast is gorgeous. This the place we would like to come back again.
