"A perfect bed and breakfast in Hiawassee"

Very quiet with great facilities including a hot tub and sauna combined with the convenience of a short drive to town . Linda was an exceptional host and a phenomenal cook. We couldn’t ask for more. We will be back .

Wonderful breakfast on the patio, and friendly, engaging conversation from the hostess. The spa was wonderful! And Allie is a loving and entertaining canine who seems a little jealous of smartphones.

There was nothing to dislike.

Linda, the host/owner, is a delight. She is very open and kind. Breakfast was delicious and her energy is divine.
