Lovely hospitality and great breakfast. The room was somewhat small, but nicely decorated and very clean. Good size of the bathroom! Although it was a short stay for us, we enjoyed it and was very good taken care of.

The hosts Holly and Daniel were extremely friendly and helpful. They have restored a beautiful property and turned it into a first rate B&B. We loved our stay! The breakfast was outstanding!

First time to Buffalo, we couldn't get a good read on the neighborhood. Immediate neighborhood was beautiful and felt safe, but felt a little uneasy just a few blocks away.

Beautiful garden and house, inside out; neighbourhood is also really adorable, scenic, and well located - close to border but also no more than a 15 min drive (max) to most other sights around the city. Holly and Daniel were very welcoming and helpful. Homemade breakfast was fantastic.
