"It was a wonderful stay."

The owners were warm and inviting. The property is a gem. We enjoyed the comfort of the house, garden, and porch. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely special. The food choices were excellent and prepared to perfection . We hope to return.

Jason and Kim were amazing, the breakfast was fantastic, I will recommend Lancaster bed and breakfast to anyone traveling to that area!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful ... and the breakfast was ... Amazing! We will totally stay there again when in the area.

The Inn and grounds are beautiful and serene and the whole place was cozy and clean. This made for a lovely stop while I was in town to drop my kid off at Franklin and Marshall. The hospitality is top notch, as is the food. They even took care to ask about and accommodate dietary needs and preferences. I enjoyed our unique stay and the charm of this inn, and I will definitely be back.
