Farrell House Lodge at Sunnybrook Trout Club

Gorgeous property with the kindest people there to greet you! Heidi’s breakfast was not only beautiful in presentation, but, also delicious. Cleanest rooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property, with great people.

It was very welcoming, and they really helped us out with our early departure. They packed us a breakfast to pick up in their cooler. We had come for a volleyball tournament and all the traditional hotels we trusted were booked. So, rather than going with a hotel that sometimes cannot be very clean or not always in a location that we (two females traveling together) feel safe we decided to go nontraditional and book at Farrell House. I am so happy we did. Everything was very clean and we felt well taken care of by the owner and staff. I only wish we had more time to enjoy a sit-down breakfast and been able to explore the grounds that looked beautiful.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing was my daughter wished for better shampoo and conditioner. She felt like her hair was dried out after using what was provided.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast had options and got fruit in a fancy glass, a baked breakfast cake, bacon and a baked dish of apple french toast along with tea and juice on a three season porch with a great view of the trout creeks.

Beautiful place and grounds. Wonderful caretaker and owner. They were friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a bigger room that was available. Also i great location. Dinner was delicious!

Land, street and trout jumping up was all breathtaking and relaxing. Wish I was staying longer.

I was not able to use the stairs near the kitchen to get to my room. #8. I have a bad knee, hip and ankle. No one to help with bags.
