Villa Verde B&B, Greenwood Lake, NY

Villa Verde has beautifully presented rooms. Breakfast was exceptional. Eva is a lovely, friendly host.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Eva is an amazing host. She is a great cook and one of the nicest people you will meet. Also, her dog, Bruno is cute and so well behaved. We will definitely be visiting this Bed & Breakfast again in the future.

The location is peaceful, the property is immaculate, looks brand new. We had the downstairs room & it was beautifully decorated with all amenities one could want. The bed is so comfortable, the shower delightful! Breakfast was better than any restaurant brunch with such a beautiful presentation. Eva, the proprietor, was so communicative & accommodating before & when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Warwick area.

As an older couple, there were a lot of stairs for us, but the proprietor allowed us to use a garage entrance, which was so appreciated!

Awesome breakfast, comfortable bed, clean, quiet, peaceful. The host was super nice and very amenable.

Meeting eve and the check in process was simple. Eve is kind, informative and very professional. Eve accommodated my every request. It was a tranquil experience. What a beautiful home. It was so private. In the middle of the woods. Eva the host was gracious. Breakfast was like 5 star hotel. She offered us the basement ( the whole of it ) after we checked in. We did not hesitate to There is a full bar for our own use for a little donation. Hey! You can drink without worrying about driving back back to your hotel. The bar is in your suite.
