We had a clean room on the ground floor. Amenities were good . Location is good. It may seem to be in a dark narrow lane at first but all the sightseeing places are walkable and so is the Siyab bazaar which is a shopper's delight

It’s a hotel with a guest house feel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. AC was great, rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The location was also great.

This property is a hidden gem. 5 min walk away from Registan Square and Islam Karinov Park. The room i booked (Double bed) is huge with all modern facilities. The hotel has a clean & quiet courtyard with a traditional Ozbek Tapchan perfect to enjoy a cup a tea. The receptionist spoke perfect English and his other family members are very hospitable (even though they don't speak English.
