месторасположение, я приезжала на забег, пошли навстречу и сделали кашу рано утром перед стартом

прямо в карточке гостиницы написано, что есть Отопление, но оно работало на 1 из 5. в ванной его просто не было, ледяной пол, согреться после забега в +2 на улице было нереально. очень жёсткая кровать, все тело болело после нее, часто просыпалась очень тонкое одеяло для неработающего отопления, но дополнительный плед, спасибо был.

Estaba muy bien situado.

El check in es desde las 12 y nos tuvieron esperando bastante rato, llevábamos 24 h de viaje y fue agotador. Mucho frío en la habitación (noviembre) sin mantas. Nos dijeron que usáramos el aire pero se fue la luz durante al menos 12 horas y ni aire ni carga del móvil ni explicación ni descuento por las molestias. Tampoco información.
