Location, one of the receptionists was great! Helped us with the cash issues (pls be informed that in Uzbekistan money in the ATMs could finish very fast)

The room was not cleaned at all. We realised that we slept in a used and dirty bedsheets in the morning, after we found some stuff under our pillows. We did not realise it as we arrived very late and went to sleep very fast. Sad

The attitude of the staff, the cleanliness, and the easy access to main attractions!

The bathroom door didn't lock, so I had to rely on the good manners of the dormmates.

Only the rooftop was good for my yoga practice. The receptionist guy was kind and patient.

This place is toxic! They hate and treat very bad who don't or chose not to consume meat and dairy. The kitchen staff are very rude and disrespectful, especially the overweight woman. The toilet is smelly and the feces do not get flushed down. The shower is broken and get flooded. Better sleeping on the floor, as it is softer than the bed. They lack intelligence, insult western people and make fun of them in local language. While we were eating they opened the smelly toilet door in front of us and sprayed some disgusting profume to ruin even more our breakfast. The breakfast is passable, there is only homemade jam for vegetarians, but don't tell them you are vegetarians otherwise you will get the above special treatment, served leftovers, hard bread of 1 week ago and the worst jam left from someone else.

Very helpful people working there. Excelent situation. Confy bed and nice room. To go back for sure

Booked for a double room 1 month ago, but arrived to a twin room
