Great location. Friendly owners and the best breakfast I had in Uzbekistan.

Beds a bit firm.

The staff were exceptionally helpful,. On the final morning when were leaving at 0545, the proprietor got up to ensure we were away safely, and have us a nice packed breakfast to take with us. The rooms were good, very clean and will fitted out. Everything worked well. I would really recommend this place for central Bukhara

There was a really minor problem, we were in the furthest room and WiFi could be intermittent. Else here the coverage was great.

All my Uzbek guesthouse reviews will say the same thing about the beds. I like softer beds so it takes a little while for me to get comfortable. But I slept well once I fell asleep

You cannot beat the location, it's middle of the town and we happily and easily walked everywhere. Abdura and his family were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast on the courtyard terrace. We also tried their delicious pastries and coffee in their café during our stay. I would have wanted to stay a bit longer.

Beds were harder than we’d like

Very welcoming owner and staff. Good clean room upstairs overlooking courtyard. In the centre of old town activity. Very decent breakfast. Would recommend.

Abdurakhmon and his family are exceptional hosts. They really took good care of us. The rooms were cosy and warm. The place has a quaint charm of an old house with a beautiful courtyard. And the donuts were yummy, and the breakfast freshly prepared. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Old Bukhara and right where the action is. Many of the sights, the shopping and the restaurants were all within walking distance. It was so easy to hang out till late at night and then just walk home in a few minutes.

The rooms are a bit small and basic in terms of facilities. The plug points were limited and placed in odd locations, so phones were not so easy to charge. Other than that it was perfect

A lovely guest house with Coffee and Donuts Shop on the first floor. Donuts and coffee are delicious. I also recommend to try profiteroles. 😋 Due to flight, we arrived in Buhara early morning, and the owner kindly allowed us to check- in well before the check-in time. Thanks to that, we managed to rest for a few extra hours. The hotel is less than one minute away from Lyabi house, and very convenient to access to ay places. I will stay at Sarrafon guest house when I visit Buhara again.
