There was some works going on outside so it was a bit noisy. It's a bit far from the center _ 25min walk but it wasn't a big deal for us

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is quite new. Rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. The shower pressure is one of the best we’ve had on all our travels so far. But the very best about this homestay is the lovely owner family! They really made us feel at home, even invited us for a family dinner one night. You can also order food from their menu, which was delicious. They helped us with anything we needed need (bookings, rent of scooter,..) We also booked the Halong Bay Boot trip with them, which was amazing.

the house is Very clean and in a good condition. Owner is a nice guy and spoke English. hot pot was great. we had a good time here.

Host was friendly and bed super comfortable! We booked a tour for Lan ha Bay at a good price and it was ok.

It felt a little bit like home in Vietnam. The house is clean. The room is clean. Further than city center but easy 20 minutes walk. Less touristy. You can rent a motorbike for 5$Usd or book bus. Mr Hung was really helpful. His wife even cooked me a soup after being sick for one day.

We LOVED everything about this place! The rooms and private bathrooms are really nice, so spacious and everything was very clean! The family is very kind, the food was delicious, they also offer good tours for a cheap price, have laundry service, cheap scooters for rent, just everything was great about this place! We can 100% recommend it. Especially for the cheap price you get a lot. We have been traveling for more than 4 months now and this was one of our best accommodations so far!

The hosts are friendly and very helpful! They booked a great Ha Long Bay cruise for us for a very reasonable price. They also rented us a motorbike for 100k a day, which made it easier to explore the island and visit the caves. The free breakfast is simple, but good. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. This homestay was AMAZING and is a great value for its price. We would surely stay here again.
