No hot shower, windows are on the side of the kitchen/common area, we were not able to sleep probably

We stayed in one of the newly built bungalows and it was exceptional. It was spotlessly clean, nestled in a garden of palms with a bar and pool. The bungalow shower was a rainfall shower, with good water pressure and was lovely. The hosts who live there are kind and welcoming. The host dog Donny was delightful and we enjoyed patting him each day. There are plenty of seats to enjoy a private moment or to meet other likeminded travellers, as well as a great central kitchen area. The accommodation was good value for money and is the perfect kind of homestay you’d like when visiting Vietnam. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The property itself is lovely but the beds are very hard - in fairness, this is typical of lots of Vietnam. The property isn’t as close to main bars and food courts as it could be, but is an easy 20 min walk or a cheap Grab taxi. But this is why it is such a good price. Although this homestay was stunning and clean, the surrounding properties are filled with rubbish and the shared driveway is as well.

Good as a one night stop over which is all we needed. Booked sand dune trip through owner and bus

Room wasn’t very clean, tap breaking and dust on quite a lot of surfaces. Dirty used ear plug on bedside table. Could do with a bath mat as after a shower we couldn’t help but get the floor wet and slippy.

There is no hanger in the room to hang clothes

The pool is nice, and everything is clean

A bit far from the beaches and you have to walk a bit from the main road, the cars don't get in the little roads

· The location is good, just a little hard to find (look out for a little alley with an arc number 201). · The staff was nice and very generous. They helped us book a bus to our next destination, including pick up down at the main road. The bus/minivan never showed up (maybe avoid bus company Tinh Lich), and the owners provided us with an extra night free of charge in one of their new and beautiful bungalows (highly recommended). Thank you guys 💙 · Later that day, we wanted to buy some beers in the homestay, but they had run out. He offered us to take his scooter for a quick ride to buy ourselves some beers. Thanks again! · The garden area with pool, sun beds and coconut palm trees looks stunning and gives you a bit of a jungle vibe.

· We arrived at dark in the rain and struggled to find the right alley - Maybe some light on the sign would help. · For the price we paid (around 378k for 2 nights, couple, private room) there's nothing to complain about. We are travellers and not luxury tourists.
