"The rooms were very nice but we went there expecting more due to how the property was portrayed online."

It was close to Tam Coc township … great location. The bed was so soft and lovely.

The bathrooms smelled, we think due to sewerage issues. The common area was dirty and uninviting. Photos on the site showed community atmosphere and share meals etc and this was non existentant.
