"Very Good"

Location was great. A tidy basic room.

Breakfast times did not start till later in morning..8-8.30 which was challenging for an early morning excursion pick up time. The breakfast options are small but tasty and well presented.

Really lovely hotel with a lot of character and soul. The decor is adorable and the owner is lovely and makes a very yummy breakfast! It’s so so close to the beach, and yet in a very quiet street. I would so recommend

The staff are lovely and happy to chat about Hoi An, and share some history about the people and area. They’re helpful if you’re looking for particular things to buy to take home. Best fruit salad, granola and yoghurt ever!

"Cute, comfy and a good value stay."

It was cute and we'll designed. Great breakfast, nice staff and a wonderful location.

The pool was a dip bath. 1 to 2 strokes from end to end.

"Prachtige locatie, maar geen deluxe kamer"

Het is echt vlakbij een heel mooi strand, ongeveer 200 meter

De kamer was niet heel schoon, vanaf ongeveer 17 uur gaat er een hangslot op de poort en is er niemand meer, je krijgt wel de code zodat je erin en uit kunt

The room was nice and spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels, even for the beach!

The room could do with a fresh coat of paint; the paint is peeling off everywhere.
