I like the staff because very welcoming and friendly. The location is really close to SAPA Station where we got our ticket going to Sunworld Fansipan. Real close to shoos, markets, restaurants, etc.

It was great, water heater was not working. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The location was great in the center of town.

The room was very damp. The communication was very difficult because they did not speak English and we do not speak Vietnamese. We could not sleep well because the roosters were loud early morning just outside the hotel. We needed to leave at 8 in the morning on our checkout day. Although we had told them the night before, the hotel room building was locked from outside and we could not get out. We had to climb over a fence to get to the next building, so we could get outside. We panicked a bit. I don't know if it was because they did not understand our google translated Vietnamese or they forgot. Anyway it was a little bit weird experience.

The location is great, 1-2 minutes walk from the city centre. The beds have a heather.

The hot water from the shower runs out in less than 5 minutes. Then you have to wait for the boiler the heat more…
