Friendly staff, good value for money. Recommended.

It can get noisy but not a biggie. In our room shower was placed right between toilet and sink. Not clever, when are you having a shower everything will get wet. But it does the job and in the end it wasn't a problem for us :)

The room is spacious and decorated as same as picture. The host is really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient at city center and closes to the harbor. Will be back if have time

The passport is the only form of identification for foreigners. I had already paid for the room, but without any declaration, they rudely seized my passport. I thought they were just taking it to record some details, but then they refused to return it, asking for another ID as collateral. Since I didn't bring any other documents with me abroad, they demanded a 1000k deposit, which I agreed to. When another staff member went to get the receipt book to write a note, they still refused to return my passport, reminding me of a previous hotel that was even willing to advance money to help me book a bus ticket. During my thirty days of travel in Vietnam, this was the only time; previously, many accommodations would only charge at check-out, which shows trust. I don't know what's wrong with this place. When retrieving the deposit, it was the same—they insisted on exchanging the note for cash directly. If you want to be treated like a thief, you are welcome here. Many hotels are happy to help guests book bus tickets, as foreigners face language barriers. Some bus companies offer shuttle services from hotels to bus stations, which require communication and confirmation. Several hotels have assisted me before, but this one refused, only suggesting, "You can buy tickets via an app or at the office; the ticket sellers are very helpful," and then they stopped responding. I understand that the hotel doesn't want to spend extra effort on this, but when I found several ticket sales points just 500 meters from the hotel, I couldn't understand why it was so hard for them to just inform me? The boarding point within walking distance solved most of my problems. This hotel also had the worst value for money during my twenty-five days of stay. They didn't provide bottled water, which even hotels charging 250k per night usually offer. The refrigerator compressor was quite loud. There were ants. It was far from the beach.

Location is great near the center of the town. The host are very friendly.

The parking situation could be better but its alright.

Spacious yet cozy rooms with great top floor balcony. Great host! Comfy beds.
