There was nothing to like about this property. It was just a horrible experience from the time I got there

There was nothing to like about this property. From the time i got there i was annoyed and frustrated with the lady in the reception. She was very unfriendly. I paid for a two bedroom family suite with a king size bed. Unit 6 was allocated to me. I was given unit 1 with a double bed and two single beds. The floors were dirty and the carpets were disgusting. When i asked for the room that i paid for, receptionist told me that i should contact Booking.com and ask them!!! Really. There wasn't enough parking. The establishment booked for more vehicles than what space they had. The reception is a racist as far as I am concerned. I will never recommend them
