The number the hosts provided was off. We couldn't get hold of him/her for hours after arriving. Although the request to check in late was approved, the host didnt alert the caretaker so we were stranded for a bit. The caretaker managed to open for us and was extremely friendly. Perhaps there should be an alternative number of someone who is always at the accommodation.
ZAI liked that the place was comfortable, the quiet neighbourhood liked that very much, safe location and the staff very friendly.

BWI had a really lovely stay at this guesthouse. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were consistently tidy and spotless throughout my stay, which made the experience feel even more comfortable and relaxing.
The only small criticism I have is that the bathroom in one of the rooms felt a bit too squished. It wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more space would definitely make it more comfortable
