Hudson Manor - Entabeni, Knysna

What a breathtaking place! The view, the house, the art in the house, the large rooms, the breakfast. We felt right at home. Lisette and Greg as hosts are so welcoming! And Happy and Bryan take such touching care of everything! It is a special place designed and run with so much love.

Breakfast was superb, and the staff/chef were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Food was really good and lots of fresh ingredients, many grown on the property Bed was comfortable

We did point out to the owner that we had booked a specific room on the Booking.com website, and this information did not get through to the hotel. They will be fixing this. The room we were allocated was nice, which a view over the veggie garden (nice) and not with the lagoon view. The rate was a bit high for what was on offer, but as the owners pointed out, the majority of their guests are coming from outside of Africa and therefore US$,GBP, Euro, etc

Exceptional accommodation. Presidential suite is enormous. Beautiful location with nice pool. Lovely staff and great value.

What truly set our experience apart were the people, especially Bryan, Happy, and the owners. Bryan and Happy were consistently perfect in their service. Their professionalism, combined with a genuinely caring attitude, made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. They were always there to assist us, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of seamlessly. The owners of the hotel also deserve special mention. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every corner of the hotel. They have created an atmosphere that is both luxurious and homely, making every guest feel like part of the Hudson Manor family.

Incredibly nice and caring hosts and staff, a beautiful place in particular when travelling with children. It felt like home and maybe a little bit better. Thank you again, Greg, Lizette and Happy!
