I liked the treatment we received from the staff. They were kind considerate and helpful. The breakfast was nice. They have a play area for kids. They have nice flat screens and air conditioners.

I didn't like the boss's attitude when I requested about transport. I didn't like how they combined two single beds to make 1 double bed. It was very uncomfortable in the middle. There is no spa and no pool. Just a restaurant. Not all residents who booked are allowed to braai. Not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.

The rooms were spacious and very well kept up. Despite the issues I will still consider staying here if in the area.

The parking is highly complex - pillars etc. I would have liked a warning about the amount of stairs involved getting up to the rooms as we had an elderly person with us. The staff did explain the parking and rooms to us but not very clearly and did not offer to show us which resulted in us having to go back to ask them multiple times where we should go.
