The gentleman that answers the phone really needs to understand what it means to be in the customer services industry. Shocked was an understatement, to say the least, and had I had any other option, I would have cancelled this booking. Nobody should be this abrasive to customers from the moment the phone is answered, citing that no rooms are available before you’ve even had a chance to greet, state your name or the purpose of your call. This place clearly doesn’t welcome women, and left a sour taste in my mouth. Please do yourself a favor, and book elsewhere. This was not worth the aggravation.
