Parkers Cottages

An awesome place with an equally awesome host. I enjoyed the ambience and little conversations here and there with everyone.

It was central to all the beaches and main restaurants. It was neat and clean Breakfast was good.

There isn't much to do for kids except going to the beach, especially when it rains. You could invest in a TV in each room. To have to go up to the main house and watch together with other guests is not nice. We left 3 days prior to our departure time because there was a fault with electricity in our unit. I think we could have been offered a different room or compensation for that. Loadshedding I can handle it, but two days straight without electricity on vacation is a bit much.

The breakfasts were wonderful - the excellent fruit salad, the beautifully set table, the buffet, the fact that there is a different hot dish every day. The rooms were bigger than expected. The 5-person cottage had 2 bathrooms when we thought there would only be one. Amoré booked excellent activities for us. The pool and the braai area were lovely to have. There was lots of load-shedding, but this didn't bother us. Well done for offering accommodation to suit a family of 5 (we ended up booking 2 adjacent cottages to have extra space, and this worked well with older children/teens). This is quite tricky to find.

The fridge in the 5-person cottage was too small.

Amore was super nice. Place is great, room is comfortable and breakfast was really good! I'll definitely stay again here if I visit again St.Lucia.
