I was informed that l should look for another place to stay after an hour once there.They said they had given my room to another person although it was booked some some days before. Very disappointed.

Communication from them, in indicating that the booking process demands first come first serve.

The staff was friendly

They were not prepared for my arrival,I had to wait a few minutes before my room was ready,and the room was not totally clean the bedside table was full of dust and I'm allergic to dust,but luckily I always cc arry and antihistamine.

I didn't like anything, to top it up I didn't even enter the building, the minute I arrived there, I was told the place is fully booked after I I gave spent time and book the place.

Everything from staff to the building, if they don't stop, they will loose customers... A lot of people were not happy

We didn't eat at the premises

If you can clean please clean the showers ,the floors were so dirty,we had to wear our flip-flops to shower.
