The accommodation was peaceful and relaxing, with breathtaking views, especially in the mornings and 🌅 .The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. If you need an iron, ice, swim towels just ask those nice ladies they will assist you.The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was a great feature as the weather turned cold during our stay, allowing us to use the heating function and remain comfortable. Also their breakfast buffet 👌The overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The property is located on a very steep hill, which may be challenging for some guests However this is due to the natural location and not something the property can control.

The place was not cleaned . The step heal was crazy. Breakfast is one and the same thing everyday .

I can't complain course every was good The service their buffet breakfast was excellent the lady who's working there is friendly n very welcoming they keep everything clean

The entrance they must do something about that steep hill is too much I nearly damaged my car

There's nothing to like about the experience I had, from the gate just to gain access. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a code from the host.

The host didn't allocate me the room I paid for. He advertised his best room to deceive people. He did the same to other guests who traveled from Durban and it was just an unpleasant situation. When I called him and asked why, he was very rude and told me the rooms are all the same and he won't allow me room 2. His Zimbabwean helper told me that he is reserving room 2 for his friends. Room 1 was dusty with no towels and when I asked his helper for the tv remote, because I wanted to watch the comrades marathon, I was told the owner will bring a remote later that night. That guy needs to go for training in hospitality, he spoiled my vacation

The staff was welcoming,the view was beautiful,the room.was nice and the breakfast was nice too.
