Safe parking next to room, super friendly and welcoming hosts, comfy room and beds, big bathroom with 2 basins, big showerhead, fridge, coffee machine, streaming services like Youtube and Netflix awesome breakfast, sparkling pool, tranquil location with beautiful views onto False Bay. Good location for excursions to Cape town and into near by Wine lands at the slopes of Heidelberg mountains like Vergelegen Wine Estate.

"We will be back!"

Very friendly hosts, very good breakfast. Excellent garden and pool. Easy and safe parking. Rooms are large and exactly like promoted.

Some noise from the road. Living room was locked in the evening, when the hosts disappeared as they do not live on-site. This meant we had to sit outside, which is not perfect in other cooler weather.

Sichere Lage am Helderberg, super erreichbar mit "Uber", ganz liebevolle Betreuung durch Simonelle. Privater, gesicherter Parkplatz

Leider keine Klimaanlage, und es war nachts sehr warm im Zimmer.

"Ein sehr schönes, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend liegendes Guesthouse, in welches wir gerne wiederkomme"

Das Explorer Guesthouse liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, noblen Wohngegend. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es weitere Unterkünfte. Fußläufig erreichbar ist Steffanie’s Place, ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit phantastischem Ausblick. Die Unterkunft bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstück, die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind gesichert. Es gibt einen Pool und Liegen, die zum entspannen einladen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wer hierhin zum ausruhen und relaxen kommt, liegt genau richtig.

"Liebevolle ruhige Unterkunft mit Platz zur Entspannung!"

Ich war zum dritten Mal hier, da ich bisher nur positive Erfahrung gemacht hatte. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir so herzlich und freundlich begrüßt und haben direkt Hilfe bei der Organisation eines Shuttles bekommen, was reibungslos klappte! Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft mit ihrem tollen Pool, der ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Lage ein absoluter Diamant! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit aller dort arbeitenden - das ist wirklich einzigartig. Auch beim Frühstück wurde sich extrem viel Mühe geben! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
