It is a shame we only stayed in this hotel for 1 night as it is absolutely stunning. Beds were large and comfortable. They have a variety of rooms with different bed combinations, which was ideal for our group. Shower room was ridiculously stunning and toiletries were just amazing. The hotel has a nice garden and indoor pool, sadly not heated, but I completely understand there is probably no need for that in South Africa. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Its not end of the world but the location was a little far from shops and restaurants. We have arrived late on Sunday evening and struggled to find somewhere to eat. Its obviously not a mark against the hotel but will probably need some research.

I liked the location of The Raz. It’s in a quiet residential area. The interior of the room is very very beautiful also. We stayed for one night as we decided to rest in Harrismith after coming from Jhb. I booked on the same day and was lucky to get a room. I would definitely stay here again :)
